Promenaid Handrails and grab bars are beautiful! The system is easy to install. The online documents are very thorough in explaining the installation process. In addition the videos will walk you through the process. Customer service is outstanding! On more complex handrails such as steps up to a deck with turns and bends, Promenaid can help design the system! Their three D Modeling will produce a itemized list of pieces and accessories for a quote. Even from Canada thru US Customs the system is quickly shipped to you. I could not be more pleased with the Promenaid system and especially Promenaid's Customer Service!
