Yes, the anodized grab bars (but not the wood grab bars) are suitable for wet environments. It needs to be installed in a convenient location in the bath, usually horizontally about a foot above the bath on the back and/or side walls. You can also make an L-shaped grab bar to wrap around both the back and side walls.
