FAQS

Installation

Power Source Compatibility:

  • Channelux LED modules are designed to work with a 24VDC (direct current) power source.

Powering with Solar Panels:

  • Yes, it is possible to power these LED modules using a solar panel setup. To do this, you would need:
    • A solar array capable of generating 24VDC power.
    • A battery system that can store the generated 24VDC power for use during the night or when the sun is not shining.

Components Needed:

  • Solar Array: This generates the 24VDC power from sunlight.
  • Battery System: It stores the 24VDC power for nighttime use.
  • Manual or Light-Sensing Switch: You'll want to include a switch to control the LEDs, either manually or automatically based on ambient light conditions.

Power Consumption:

  • Each Channelux LED module consumes 2 watts of power.
  • The performance of your solar-powered setup is directly related to the capacity of your battery system and solar array. For instance:
    • A 20 watt-hour battery could power two LED modules for approximately 5 hours.
    • To extend the LED operation time, you can consider installing a solid-state dimmer between the power supply (battery) and the LED modules.

Note: Be aware that the number of LED modules and the duration of operation will depend on the capacity of your battery and the efficiency of your solar array. It's important to size your solar and battery system according to your desired lighting requirements and the number of LED modules you plan to use.

In summary, you can definitely power Channelux LED Modules (LO1p) using a solar panel setup by generating and storing 24VDC power from solar panels and batteries. This approach allows for efficient and eco-friendly lighting solutions in off-grid or remote locations.

If you have a pipe post that is wiggling even after fully tightening the concrete anchors, it is not normal, especially if this movement occurs shortly after installation. To address this issue, it's essential to determine where the looseness is originating:

  1. Post Base Shifting: If the entire post-base is shifting relative to the concrete, it suggests that there might be an issue with the anchor installation or the integrity of the concrete. In this case, you should inspect the concrete anchors, ensure they are properly secured, and examine the concrete base for any cracks or damage.

  2. Inner Sleeve Assembly Movement: If the inner sleeve assembly is shifting relative to the outer casing of the post base, it indicates a problem with the internal components. The sleeve assembly should fit snugly and permanently inside the outer casing. If there is movement, there could be damage or distortion within the housing or sleeve assembly. This might be due to a manufacturing defect or excessive force applied to the post during installation.

  3. Post Looseness in Sleeve Assembly: If the post itself is loose within the inner sleeve assembly, it suggests a problem with the connection between the post and the sleeve. The post should be securely fastened to the inner sleeve assembly.

To address the issue, you should:

  • Inspect the post base and all components for visible damage or defects.
  • Ensure that the concrete anchors are tightened properly and that the concrete surface is in good condition.
  • Check the connection between the post and the inner sleeve assembly to ensure it is secure.
  • If you identify any manufacturing defects or damage, consider contacting the manufacturer for warranty or replacement options.

In any case, it's important to rectify the issue promptly, as a wiggling post can compromise the stability and safety of the structure it supports.

Yes, the anodized grab bars (but not the wood grab bars) are suitable for wet environments. It needs to be installed in a convenient location in the bath, usually horizontally about a foot above the bath on the back and/or side walls. You can also make an L-shaped grab bar to wrap around both the back and side walls.

Ramps in public areas are required to adhere to the standards set forth by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). One important requirement outlined in the ADA is the need for edge protection on ramps and landings with drop-offs. This edge protection can take the form of curbs, walls, railings, or projecting surfaces, all of which serve the purpose of preventing individuals from accidentally slipping off the ramp. According to ADA guidelines, these curbs should have a minimum height of 2 inches (50 mm) to effectively safeguard users.

Promenaid offers a range of products designed to help you meet the ADA requirements effectively. When it comes to edge protection, you can install Promenaid Schedule 40 tube between the posts a few inches off the ground.

Promenaid R02 Schedule 40 1.25" pipe is available in a variety of colors. It requires T07K Pipe Connectors at both ends, and the following parts, to attach to the vertical posts:

T-Connector: This component is a crucial element for securely attaching the edge protection pipe to the post. It is available in Architectural Bronze, Satin Black, White, and Silver to match the posts.

Collar (for level landings), 5-degree bend (for inclined ramps) or 32-degree bend (for standard stairs): These pieces are essential for connecting the railing to the T-connector on the post.

By utilizing these components from Promenaid, you can ensure that your ramp design aligns with ADA regulations, ultimately providing a safe and accessible environment for all individuals.

In general, Promenaid brackets must be attached to studs, masonry, or equivalent wall structure.  Attaching to drywall alone is not sufficient. There are a few possible exceptions:

  • Attaching to drywall may be acceptable if a bracket is purely decorative, i.e. installed for symmetry where sufficient brackets attached to wall structure exist. In these cases, #12 Triple-Grip wall anchors are recommended for Promenaid pivoting brackets
  • If the drywall is reinforced, for example doubled or tripled, and/or the number of brackets is increased to provide equivalent overall strength to an installation on studs. In these cases, Snaptoggle-type toggle bolts are recommended for Promenaid pivoting brackets

Sprocketlock brackets, or Promenaid Pivoting brackets with Wall Adapters, will allow for additional mounting options because the fasteners are hidden in the final installation. Heavy-duty drywall fasteners that may provide additional strength include larger Snaptoggle bolts, and Moen Securemount anchors

Please consult the How-to videos or download the Promenaid instructions for more information.

Pivoting brackets

You can attach Promenaid pivoting brackets to commercial-grade (heavy gauge) steel studs using the supplied screws. Attaching pivoting brackets to residential-grade steel studs is not recommended.

Sprocketlock brackets and bends

Use a 1/4" toggle bolt to attach Sprocketlock brackets or bends to any type of steel stud. The bolt will be hidden by the final installation.toggle.jpg

To connect two Promenaid handrails in a straight line, use a Splice Kit.

The splice kit installs internally in the channel of the handrail. There will be a small visible butt connection where the two handrails meet.

Splice kits are automatically included (when necessary) in kits purchased using the Handrail Configurator.

Please consult the How-to videos or download the Promenaid instructions for more information.

To connect two handrails in a straight line, you will need to use a Splice kit, which you can find here: Splice Kit (F01N) - Promenaid

However, if you are dealing with an angle, such as connecting handrails for stairs to a landing, you will need to use bend pieces. These can be found in this category: Bends. You'll typically require one bend piece on each side of the angle to accommodate the change in direction.

To connect Channelgrip handrails to the bends, you'll need Channelgrip connectors, which you can find here: Channelgrip Connector (T06K) - Promenaid

To connect Promenaid Schedule 40 pipe, you'll need Schedule 40 pipe connectors, which you can find here: Pipe Connector (T07K) - Promenaid

In summary, to connect handrails, you use a Splice kit for a straight connection and bend pieces when dealing with angles like stairs to a landing. The Channelgrip connectors help secure the handrails to the bends, ensuring a sturdy and safe railing installation.

Pivoting brackets

You can use 1/4″ flat head ‘Tapcon’ masonry screws (or equivalent) to attach Promenaid pivoting brackets to brick or concrete. They must be of sufficient length and they must be installed according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

For a more finished appearance, use the supplied dome-head screws with suitable anchors. We suggest lead anchors (also known as leadwood anchors) rated for #12 screws and at least 1-1/2″ long. Drill the hole for the anchor 2-1/2″ deep so that the screw may penetrate fully.

Sprocketlock brackets and bends

Use 1/4" hex head ‘Tapcon’ masonry screws (or equivalent) to attach Promenaid Sprocketlock brackets or bends to brick or concrete. Alternatively, use 1/4" wedge anchors or steel screws with lead anchors. Whichever fastener you use, it will be hidden in the final installation.

Please consult the How-to videos or download the Promenaid instructions for more information.

The minimum length of a residential handrail is measured from the nosing of the bottom step to the nosing of the landing.

For a superior installation that conforms to the ADA, or for any commercial application, measure from a point on the floor one tread depth in front of the bottom step. At the upper landing, extend the handrail horizontally for at least one foot.

Please consult the How-to videos or download the Promenaid instructions for more information.

Standard installations

A Promenaid Handrail Kit comes complete with all the materials you need for a standard installation: railing with anti-slip insert, endcaps with set screws, the recommended number of brackets, and bracket screws for wood studs.

To install the kit you will need a tape measure, a stud finder (if the locations of the studs are not known), a Phillips screwdriver, an electric drill, a 5/32" bit to drill pilot holes in the studs, and a #3 Phillips bit (for Pivoting Bracket screws) or 7/16" hex bit (for Sprocketlock Bracket screws).

Custom installations

Complex installations that include bends, switchbacks, loops, joggles, posts, balusters, LEDs, glass mounting, or other non-standard details may require additional components, fasteners, or tools.

Please consult the How-to videos or download the Promenaid instructions for more information.

  • Make sure that the bracket is perpendicular to the handrail and is fully inserted into the handrail channel
  • Twist the bracket clockwise. You should feel no resistance at first
  • When the bracket approaches 90 degrees rotation, you will feel a gradually increasing resistance
  • The bracket should lock in place when it reaches 90 degrees. Do not over-rotate
  • Reposition the bracket if necessary by un-twisting, sliding, and re-twisting it
  • When the bracket is locked in the correct place, you can pivot it to the desired angle by twisting it firmly. If the stainless steel head on you bracket is attached with a screw, there should be no need to adjust it unless it becomes loose after repeated installations
  • Occasionally, due to tolerances in the handrail extrusion, over-rotation, or repeated installation, the pivoting stainless steel head may not lock securely in the handrail channel. To correct this, use a flat-blade screwdriver to bend the curved tongue on the stainless steel head outward, approximately 1/16"
  • When you have determined the correct bracket location, drill pilot holes in the wooden stud for all three screws (see FAQs for attaching to other surfaces). Use a 5/32" drill bit, or larger for hard wood, and angle the top two screws inward to prevent splitting of the stud. Pilot holes should be at least 2-1/2" deep
  • Use an electric screwdriver with a #3 (large) Phillips Head bit and a bit extension if necessary to avoid contact between the drill chuck and the bracket. Tighten the screws securely, but do not set the driver to maximum torque as this may damage the screws. If there is too much resistance, drill a larger pilot hole

Please consult the How-to videos or download the Promenaid instructions for more information.

The 'D-loop' that is often seen at the end of a freestanding commercial handrail is not specifically required by any code. The actual commercial code requirement is for a 12” horizontal handrail extension at the top of stairways, and at the top and the bottom of ramps.

According to the building code, the handrail must terminate with a return to the wall, the floor, or the post. If the post can be located at the end of the horizontal extension, the railing will terminate at the top of the post and a D-loop will not be necessary.

A D-loop may be useful to support and terminate the handrail in cases where the final post is located before the 12" horizontal extension.

Channelux LED modules can be installed anywhere along the length of the handrail. They fit flush inside the channel, connect together in a 'daisy chain' and can be powered by low voltage wires via any wall connection or Sprocketlock bracket. The modules are suitable for indoor or outdoor use.

How many modules should I use?

Three modules have approximately the same light output as one 60W bulb. The brightest area below the module is about 4 feet wide. If you place modules every 3 feet (the same as brackets) you will get strong and even light. You can also use fewer modules for accent or spot lighting.

How are the modules powered?

Any 24VDC constant voltage driver (transformer) will work. Each module consumes 2W, so the driver must be sized appropriately. Up to 48 modules can be powered by one 100W driver. Small plug-in 24VDC power supplies are an inexpensive way to power smaller numbers of modules. Search online for '24VDC power supply for LED strip lighting' and you will find hundreds of options.

How are the modules controlled?

The simplest way to control Channelux LED modules is to power the driver on and off with a standard wall switch.

Dimmable LED drivers that can be controlled by a dimmer switch may also be used, but you must take care to insure that the driver is sized according to the total wattage of your installation (a driver that is oversized will not dim properly) and that the driver and dimmer switch are compatible.

You can also install a dimmer that is rated for strip lighting between a standard (non-dimmable) driver and the Channelux modules. These devices have their own remote controls and many are compatible with Google Home, Alexa, or Apple Home Kit. Search online for 'dimmer for LED strip lighting'.

The standard spacing between Promenaid handrail and the wall is 1-1/2". You may wish to increase this space in some cases, for example:

  • Where local codes require 2" spacing
  • Where the wall surface is very rough
  • Where the wall is not even

Spacers are available to extend both types of Promenaid L-bracket:

Pivoting Bracket - Use one or more Wall Adapters between the bracket and the wall

Sprocketlock Bracket - Use one or more 1/2" Spacers between the bracket and the wall

Both types of spacers increase the wall spacing by 1/2", and can be stacked to further increase that spacing in 1/2" increments.

A maximum of four spacers totaling 2" (3-1/2" spacing overall) are recommended.

If you need to overcome a 'joggle' in the wall that is greater than 2", we recommend creating an S-bend in the handrail rather than spacing out the brackets. Please contact us for further details.

Promenaid aluminum handrail is available pre-cut to the inch but, if you need to cut it on site, you can use a standard miter saw just like the one you would use to trim wooden moldings.

Almost any blade, even the wood blade that comes with the saw, will make a smooth cut if the blade has carbide teeth.

Do not use an abrasive cutter (chop saw) meant for cutting steel.

Here's a link to a video that demonstrates how easy it is.

Yes!

You can use our Channelgrip railing as a top cap on glass balusters.

You can also mount Sprocketlock brackets on glass balusters if you have pre-drilled 1/2" holes prior to tempering the glass.

Splice Kits can also be purchased separately.

Most orders placed before Noon EST are processed within 24 – 72 hours and all shipments will be on their way within three days of your order being placed, weekends and holidays excluded.

Shipping method

We ship almost exclusively via FedEx from our warehouse in Champlain NY, or from our warehouse in Montreal QC.

All FedEx deliveries to the US are shipped via 2-Day Air Service. In Canada, FedEx Ground delivery generally takes 1 – 7 business days, depending on your location.

FedEx does not deliver to post office boxes so we will need a street address to ship the merchandise. If the item is damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 5 business days for an immediate replacement so we can file a claim with the carrier. If possible, please send photos of the damaged packaging and/or merchandise to customerservice@promenaid.com. This greatly assists us in filing a claim with the carrier.

What if I am not home when my order arrives?

We specify ‘No Signature Required’ on our shipments, so if no one is home the courier will usually leave the package in an unobtrusive place near the door. In some cases, they will attempt delivery another day or leave a note with instructions to contact them.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

When your order ships we will send a confirmation by email with a delivery tracking link. If you do not receive the confirmation within three days of placing your order, please contact us.

Rates and transit times

Ground delivery generally takes 1 – 7 business days, depending on your location.

Rates are calculated during the checkout process and vary by destination, weight, and volume of the shipment.

Overnight shipping is available on request.

Mainland USA orders typically ship via 2-day air service. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam typically ship via 3-day air service.

Outside North America

Please contact us for rates and transit times for your shipment.

Payments

Promenaid charges provincial tax in Canada but does not apply any state or local taxes in the USA. Goods shipped from Canada will not incur duty or any other fees, however your credit card provider may impose a small surcharge on out-of-country transactions.

Which credit cards do you accept?

For items purchased directly from Promenaid, we accept all major credit cards. Purchases through Amazon are processed as you would any other Amazon order.

Why was my credit card declined?

The most common reason for a declined transaction is the billing information not matching your credit card company records. The name, zip or postal code, and CVV number (the 3- or 4-digit security code on the back of your card) must correspond exactly. If you are sure that you have entered this information correctly, your card issuer may have declined the transaction (for your protection) because their system has determined it to be a “non-typical” purchase. This type of fraud protection is becoming more common on the Internet. In these cases, calling your credit card company in person will allow them to immediately remove the restriction.

The small horseshoe-shaped aluminum pieces are shims. You can use them if necessary under the post flange, to make the post vertical on an uneven mounting surface.

Promenaid offers two different post styles:

Square post

Promenaid square mounting posts are 3" x 3" x 37" high, with a 5-1/4" mounting flange that is hidden by a supplied flange cover. Posts can be mounted on wood, steel, aluminum, or concrete using 3/8" bolts or wedge anchors. The charcoal grey color complements all of our handrail and hardware finishes. Square posts are also available in custom lengths.

Round post

Promenaid round post is similar to Schedule 40 1.25" pipe, has the same diameter as our Channelgrip handrail, and is available in the same Satin Black, Architectural Bronze, and Silver colors. It is available in any length and can be cast or glued in concrete, or mounted on a variety of surfaces with the Sprocketlock Adjustable Post Base

Please consult the How-to videos or download the Promenaid instructions for more information.

The railing itself is made of Endura anodized aluminum, not painted or powder-coated. However, the hardware used in the railing, such as screws and brackets, is powder-coated.

If you ever want to change the color or appearance of the handrails, you can do so easily. There are specific paints designed for anodized aluminum, much like those used for aluminum doors, windows, deck railings, or gutters. These paints are suitable for use on our handrails and posts. You should be able to find such paints at any reputable paint store.

The black railing is anodized, not powder-coated, the hardware, however, is powder-coated black to match. All finishes can scratch and, if a scratch is deep enough to expose the underlying metal, it will be visible. That said, both the anodizing and the powder-coating are extremely durable and will not scratch under normal use. Because the anodizing is integral with the aluminum, small surface scratches and scuff mark can usually be removed with an abrasive cleanser like Vim or Comet without any effect on the finish.

Features

Yes! Our anodized finishes – Champagne Silver, Architectural Bronze and Satin Black Promenaid are made entirely of weather-resistant materials and are suitable for indoor or outdoor use. They protect against elements such as salt spray, snow, ice and the sun.

We recommend indoor-use only for Promenaid TrueWood models.

  • Decorative handrails, although fabricated in many species of elegant wood typically have wide profiles that rely on a ‘pinch grip’ rather than the full grip that is essential for comfort, security, and falls prevention.
  • Inexpensive round-profile wooden handrails typically use low-strength brackets that will not provide adequate weight-bearing capacity, do not permit free hand movement and because they often must be drilled and screwed to the railing, can be difficult to install and may not be fully secured to the railing.
  • It is difficult and expensive to achieve continuous bends or rounded returns in wood.
  • Most wooden railings require sanding, staining, and finishing, making them more time-consuming and more expensive to install than Promenaid.
  • To conform to ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) and to residential and commercial building standards, a handrail must have a 1-1/4″ – 2″ diameter round profile or equivalent, must be continuous around corners and bends, must have brackets that do not restrict hand movement, must ‘return’ to the wall at the ends, and must withstand 500 lbs of force in any direction. Promenaid handrails pass the test…decorative or inexpensive wooden handrails typically do not.

TrueWood™ looks and feels like real wood because it is real wood, a thin veneer of genuine Red Oak or Black Walnut permanently bonded to an aluminum core. TrueWood is pre-finished with two coats of clear urethane, is more dent-resistant than solid wood, and will never warp. As an environmental bonus, TrueWood uses 50 times less wood than solid hardwood handrail.

Yes. Promenaid anodized handrail finishes – Champagne Silver, Architectural Bronze and Satin Black – and hardware (brackets, elbows, screws) are rust-proof and suitable for showers and baths.

Anodizing is a process that creates a scratch-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating on aluminum alloy. During the process, the aluminum is submerged in a special bath and an electric current is passed through it. A layer of aluminum oxide, which can be tinted to produce different colors and which enhances the metallic look of the aluminum, builds on the surface. The oxide layer is much stronger than the aluminum itself, and also stronger and bonded more permanently to the metal than virtually any paint. The durability of the anodized finish is directly related to the thickness of the coating. Promenaid railings have an 18 micron anodized layer, the thickest commercial grade and equivalent to the finish of the highest quality aluminum doors and windows.

We are proud to say that all our Handrails, Grab bars and other parts are made in North America!

Installation

Unless requested otherwise, we include all the screws required for brackets, elbows, endcaps and splices. Bracket screws (3 per bracket) are a #12 X 2-1/2″ stainless steel oval head for a #2 Philips or square (Robertson) bit. These are generally not available in retail hardware stores.

Endcaps (1 screw required) , connector elbows/bends (2 screws) and splices (6 screws) are secured to the railing via a #7 X 3/8” stainless steel set screw. These are relatively small and may shift around while in transit. If you cannot find them in the package, they are readily available at most hardware stores.

  • Complete handrail kits include railing, endcaps, and the recommended number of brackets plus all required screws. In addition to the kit you will need a tape measure, a stud finder (if the locations of the studs are not known), a level, an electric drill or screwdriver, and screws. Use three screws per bracket, minimum size #12, of sufficient length to penetrate at least 2” into the inner wall structure.
For stair measurement instructions, please click here. For a superior installation that conforms with the ADA guidelines, the handrail should flatten out and continue for at least 12″ at the top and bottom of the stairs. This requires additional railing and our fixed 32-degree bend (J32) for (standard stairs) or Universal Stair Bend (J60)joint (for non-standard stairs). More installation information can be found in our tools and guides.

Watch the video How To Pivot Promenaid Handrail Brackets. Tighten the pivot screw BEFORE installation of the bracket in the railing. If you have disengaged the bracket head from the alignment pin (see: How do I install the railing at an angle?), you will still be able to pivot the bracket after it is clipped in place and no further tightening of the pivot screw will be necessary. If you need to tighten a pivot screw after the bracket has been installed, you can use a Phillips screwdriver bit and a small wrench.

Yes. Commercial heavy-gauge steel studs will provide sufficient strength when the brackets are attached with our stainless steel dome-head screws or equivalent. If your studs are light-gauge steel, you may have to install more brackets or use ‘butterfly’ or expansion-type drywall anchors in place of standard screws.
You can use 1/4″ flat head ‘Tapcon’ masonry screws (or equivalent) to attach Promenaid brackets to brick or concrete. They must be of sufficient length and they must be installed according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. For a more finished appearance, use our dome head stainless steel screws with suitable anchors. We suggest lead (also known as leadwood) screw anchors rated for #12 screws at least 1-1/2″ long. Drill the hole for the anchor at least 2-1/2″ deep so that the screw may penetrate fully.

Brackets should be installed no more than 32 inches apart for safety.

Most standards recommend 36″ between the floor (or staircase step) and the top surface of the handrail. Depending on the height of the intended user, you may adjust this dimension up or down by up to two inches.

Watch the video How To Pivot Promenaid Handrail Brackets. Before attaching the bracket to the railing, make sure the bracket head has been disengaged from the locking pin at the top of the bracket (i.e. the head can pivot). If not, loosen the pivot screw on the back of the bracket and slide the head upward to disengage the head from the alignment pin. Retighten the screw. This will allow the bracket to pivot after installation so that it can be lined up vertically with a wall stud. More installation information can be found in our documents & guides.
When installing on a tiled wall, just like on any wall, you must find studs or other structural members to attach the brackets to for security. Once you have located the brackets, mark and drill 1/8″ pilot holes through the tile and into the stud. Then drill 1/4″ clearance holes through the tile only. If the handrail is in a shower or bath, seal around the hole with silicone caulking before attaching the bracket to prevent water penetration. We recommend our vinyl anti-slip insert for bathroom applications.
Promenaid brackets can be attached to any suitable vertical surface. If you wish to install a free-standing railing you will need to provide posts. Posts may be square or rectangular steel or aluminum, or 4″ X 4″ wood. Please ensure that the posts are securely anchored to a rigid surface or encased in concrete footings. For decks, steps, and walkways we recommend Promenaid aluminum mounting posts.
There is no length limit for Promenaid handrail installation. When shipped by courier, railings longer than 95″ are supplied in two pieces for economical shipping, with an included splice piece. The hidden splice is used to join sections of railing end to end with a minimally-visible joint.

Larger orders shipped by commercial transport can be supplied in bulk lengths up to approximately 16’ – 18’.

Returns and Warranty

Warranty and Return Policy

Components of Promenaid railings are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for five years after their purchase, and liability is limited to their replacement only.

Non-defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date as long as it is in its original condition. All sales are final after that date. To return goods, you must contact us to obtain a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Returned goods must be shipped at your expense. Ordering and shipping

Most orders placed before Noon EST are processed within 24 – 48 hours and all shipments will be on their way within two days of your order being placed, weekends and holidays excluded. All FedEx deliveries to US are 2-day transit. Fedex Ground delivery generally takes 1 – 7 business days, depending on your location.

We specify ‘No Signature Required’ on our shipments, so if no one is home the courier will usually leave the package in an unobtrusive place near the door. In some cases they will attempt delivery another day or leave a note with instructions to contact them.

For items purchased directly from Promenaid, we accept all major credit cards. Purchases through Amazon are processed as you would any other Amazon order.

When your order ships we will send a confirmation by email with a delivery tracking link. If you do not receive the confirmation within three days of placing your order, please
