Can I mount Promenaid Handrails to glass?
Yes! There are two options for mounting Promenaid Handrails on glass.
Promenaid Sprocketlock brackets can be mounted on glass balusters with our Glass Mounting Kit if you have pre-drilled 1/2″ holes prior to tempering the glass. This installation is code compliant. Below, you can find an example photo as well as a mounting digram.
Alternately, Promenaid Channelgrip railing can be used as a top cap on glass balusters. The below photo is an example that is not code compliant due to the lack of handrail continuity.
